7. Fees and Payment for Service
7.1 Fees. The Client shall promptly pay all fees (the “Fees”) specified in any applicable Order Form(s) for services provided by EMPLORGCUL. Except as otherwise specified in an Order Form, the following terms shall apply:
Currency: Fees are quoted and payable in the currency specified in the applicable Order Form.
Subscription Model: Fees are based on the Service User subscription model outlined in the Order Form.
Non-Cancellable Payment Obligations: Payment obligations are non-cancellable, and all Fees paid are non-refundable, except as provided in Section 7.3 (Refund or Payment Upon Termination).
7.2 Payment Terms. Unless otherwise specified, all Fees are due three days from the invoice date. Failure to pay Fees in a timely manner may result in suspension or termination of services until payment is received.
7.3 Refund or Payment Upon Termination. If services are terminated as outlined in Section 9, any refunds or payments will be handled in accordance with the specific terms of your Order Form or agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and other intellectual property on the Website are owned by EMPLORGCUL or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Website for its intended purpose.
